Here at Connected Canine LLC we make sure to give our clients and their dog the upmost attention and dedication they deserve. We know how important your dog is to you. Our top priority is in helping you achieve the relationship and training goals you have always dreamed of with your dog. We believe in a balanced approach to training that is tailored to each individual dog and their individual needs.
Meet The Team
Jasa Nelson, Owner
I have been working with dogs in many different settings for over 15 years. That included shelter work, fostering dogs, managing a large daycare/ boarding kennel and working as a head trainer for another dog training company. I have been training dogs for over 10 years, which has given me many years of hands on experience, but I still love to continue my education in the field. I am a professional member of the International Association of Canine Professionals, a Canine Good Citizen and trick dog evaluator and pet CPR certified. When I am not working with dogs and their owners you will find me teaching group classes for a local training facility, hiking, exploring, training and competing in dog sports. My husband and I live in Lebanon with our beautiful daughter, 4 dogs and 4 sphynx cat.
Bullet
Bullet is our 3 year old field bred Labrador. He is heavily titled in many things and loves bird hunting, hiking and dog sports. He currently competes in dock diving, frisbee, agility, fastcat and retriever trials. He has a lot of drive, but a great off switch in the house.
Tsunami
Tsunami is our 7 year old border collie. He competes in Dock diving, frisbee, agility, French Ring and rally. Tsunami’s nickname is “psycho tsu” but he is the sweetest dog and absolutely loves to work, no matter what the job is. He has a lot of “go” and nothing slows him down.
Lilah
Lilah is our 12 year old pitbull that loves hiking, scent work and has competed in barn hunt and dock diving. She has helped raise many puppies and thinks of herself as the queen. She is very good at correcting dogs properly when they need it. She also used to do therapy work in her younger years.

Riot
Riot is our 1 year old field bred Labrador. She is the sweetest dog you will ever meet. There is not a person or animal she doesn’t love. She competes in dock diving and retriever trials, but as she matures she will be competing in many more things.
The Sphynx
Baldwin, Archibald, Scarlett No'Hara and Lucille Bald are our 4 sphynx. The boys are 5 and the girls are 3 years old. They love to cuddle under a blanket or sunbathe. All of our cats are very dog savvy and love to help out with training sessions.
